Hello! my name is Mar
I have; I am the founder of Bonita, I have a degree in international trade and customs, I also have a degree in education. I work as a teacher in a rural school where the women are very hard-working and carry out very heavy field work. I have always had a taste for fashion and new trends.
It all starts when my mother and I designed a hat to wear to the beach, at that moment I realized that a hat has a great story behind it but above all it represents the artisan work of Mexican women who support their families thanks to the consumption of these crafts.
With the elements that I used to design my hat; I realized that more than 5 Mexican families dedicated to crafts participated and my hat represented those families. That small but large part that the artisans made with all their hearts.
At that moment I took on the challenge of providing employment and work to these families and through the designs that my mother and I created; bringing Mexican crafts closer to current trends.
At Bonita we have a dream, which is to grow to continue providing support to the artisan women of our country.

We currently employ: palm producers, metal mold designers, man hat makers, women dedicated to hand embroidery to assemble stone lyres, seamstresses assembling lyres and bows, , shoemakers, fur manufacturers, latest and unique designers and manufacturers of buckles and toes.
